If your item has been damaged in any way please contact us within 5 days.
You can email us at email@example.com or call us at 1-800-804-0776. All items are shipped UPS insured and any damages will be taken care of by us and UPS.
We do make every attempt to ship your correct part. If we ship the incorrect item we will have it picked up from you
and exchanged at no charge to you.
If you have ordered the incorrect part you can mail it back to us and we will exchange it.
We can only ship the originally ordered item free of charge. The actual shipping cost and any difference in price will be applied to the replacement item.
All claims must be made within 5 days of receiving your item.
We can not accept returns after 30 days of you receiving your item.
The cost of shipping is non-refundable and all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. There are no returns on special orders.
